The PACT Act requires all online sellers to verify the age of their customers and register with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). The amendment also prohibits the United States Postal Service (USPS) from mailing vapes and other smokeless tobacco products. Private carriers such as FedEx and UPS have also announced that they will no longer ship vaping products to residential addresses.

Adult Signiture 

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

Delivery and Processing Times :

We pride ourselves on processing your order swiftly, with most orders leaving our facility in less than 24 hours. During periods of high demand, Sales festivals and famous transaction days in America processing may take up to 72 hours.

Expected Proccessing Times
If your order is placed Monday thru Friday before 3PM, your order will be shipped same day. If placed Outside these hours or days, your order will be shipped to you the next business day.

By using this service, you can still get your vaping products delivered to your door - though please note that some times delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to the restrictions and regulations. Vapezilla will still strive towards ensuring our customers receive their products as quickly and conveniently as possible.

We do not ship internationally in this time.

Cancel orders
If you want to cancel an order immediately after placing it. Contact us immediately in support@vapezilla.com , we will do our best to cancel and refund your order. However, because we automatically process paid orders immediately and the process of sending the order is initiated by the third party, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled at your request.


Return to Sender


Any reshipping services are at Vapezilla's sole discretion.
If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense. 

 If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Vapezilla reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Vapezilla reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.

 Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vapezilla, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. Vapezilla strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Vapezilla will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vapezilla is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
