Federal Laws

The PACT Act requires all online sellers to verify the age of their customers and register with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). The amendment also prohibits the United States Postal Service (USPS) from mailing vapes and other smokeless tobacco products. Private carriers such as FedEx and UPS have also announced that they will no longer ship vaping products to residential addresses.

 

 

Adult Signature 

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.


Expected Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 working hours. However, in 90% of cases, if your order is placed from Monday to Friday before 13:00, it will be sent to the shipping company on the same day. If placed outside of these hours or on weekends, your order will be shipped the next business day.

For example, if you place your order on Friday after 1:00 PM, it will be processed and delivered to the postal carrier on Monday. The displayed delivery time starts from the moment the order is handed over to the postal service.

Note:

  • Orders placed on American holidays will be processed on the next business day in the order we received them.
  • During special occasions and sales festivals, it may take up to 5 days to process your order.

Shipping Restrictions by PACT Act Law

Certain states and cities have restrictions on the sale of our products. Some or all of the products on our website may not be available for ordering in the locations listed below.

By default, it is not possible to order products restricted by state laws on our website, but in rare cases, the website may not prevent you from purchasing due to technical problems or human error.

However, we process orders exactly according to prevailing laws, and if we come across such a case, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount.

 We do not ship internationally in this time.

 


Cancel orders

 If you wish to cancel an order immediately after placing it, please contact us immediately through the Help Center or at support@vapezilla.com. We will do our best to cancel and refund your order. However, because we automatically process paid orders immediately and the order fulfillment process is initiated by a third party, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled at your request.


Return to Sender

Any reshipment services are at Vapezilla's discretion. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or requiring complex or building entrance gate information, we are not obligated to refund or send a replacement item at our expense. If the item is returned to us at our facility, a refund will be issued after postage is paid.

If a package is returned to the sender because the shipping company cannot collect an adult signature and proof of identification, Vapezilla reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the order refund. Additionally, Vapezilla reserves the right to reship the replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed, and we are not obligated to reship them at our expense.

 

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Vapezilla will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vapezilla is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions by the user.
